If Cancelled more than twenty-one (21) days prior to check-inn date, Full refund.
If a cancellation is made between twenty-one (21) and fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled check-in date, twenty-five percent (25%) of the total booking amount shall be charged as a cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is made between fourteen (14) and eight (8) days prior to the scheduled check-in date, fifty percent (50%) of the total booking amount shall be charged as a cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is made less than eight (8) days prior to the scheduled check-in date, one hundred percent (100%) of the total booking amount shall be charged as a cancellation fee.
If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund
The standard cancellation policy shall not apply during peak periods or long weekends, including but not limited to Independence Day, Diwali, Holi, Christmas, New Year, and Republic Day. Cancellations for bookings falling within these dates are not permitted under any circumstances.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation arising from extenuating circumstances, the Guest may be entitled to a refund only if MosaicStays successfully secures an alternative booking for the same dates. The refund amount, if applicable, shall be calculated based on the total value of the replacement booking received for the corresponding dates.
In the event that the Guest has made only a partial payment toward the booking, the Guest shall not be entitled to any refund under any circumstances.
